Payment Questions
When do I need to make payments?
Payment schedules vary by plan. Pay in Full is due at enrollment. 2-Month Split requires 50% upfront and 50% after 30 days. 3-Month Installments are spread equally over 90 days. Seat Reservation requires €29 upfront and the balance before your cohort starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the program start date. If you're not satisfied within the first two weeks, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I switch payment plans after enrollment?
In most cases, yes. Contact our support team within 48 hours of enrollment to discuss switching to a different payment plan. Some restrictions may apply based on program start dates.
What if I miss a payment?
We offer a 7-day grace period for missed payments. After that, late fees may apply, and access to program materials may be temporarily suspended until payment is received. Contact us immediately if you're experiencing payment difficulties.
